Blend - Instructions to push out a Non Borrowing Spouse (NBS) eConsent

You will NOT send any eConsent requests out of FT360 for Blend users.

Add the non-borrowing recipient in FT360, this will sync to Blend and the invite will automatically go out, but it is recommend going into Blend and resending the Blend Invite.  The Blend/Encompass sync cycle occurs about every 20 minutes.

To view the non-borrowing recipient in Blend, open loan > Application Tab > Scroll to Borrower Information section > Next to Manage Borrowers you will see 'Third Party Recipients' > Click on it - a window will open > Change the 'locked' status to 'available' if they ever get locked out.
