Branch Ops/Sales staff can customize their Encompass pipeline view to add/remove columns to better manage their pipeline!
To customize, simply follow these instructions:
From the Encompass Pipeline tab, right click on any column header and click the option for "Customize Columns".
You are now in the Customize Columns popup screen. Enter the column name you are searching for in the search bar and click "Find". Check the box next to the column name you would like to add to your pipeline view. If there any columns you would like to delete, simply uncheck the checkbox next to the column name you'd like to remove. When all changes are completed, click "OK" in the bottom right corner.
Any newly added columns will save to the far right of your pipeline view. You can drag columns to a different location by higlighting the column with your mouse and dragging it to the location in your pipeline view you'd like it to be. You will see a yellow line indicating where the column will be dragged to.
IMPORTANT!!!! You must SAVE your new Pipeline Customization in Encompass to SAVE your changes. You will choose an option to "Update the current view" or "Save as" a new pipeline view folder. Click "Save".
