PRMG is excited to announce the release of our Artificial Intelligence or AI-powered support platform, also known as a chatbot. This tool will allow you to ask questions using natural, or normal, language to get answers to things related to the current COVID-19 situation. Questions could be on topics like:
- Work from home questions for IT support
- HR related COVID-19 questions
- Policy/Procedure COVID-19 related questions
- Marketing COVID-19 related questions
- COVID-19 related loan denial questions
- COVID-19 related appraisal questions

How to Use the Tool
We will discuss how to access the tool below, but once you get the web page with the tool, just click on the chat button on the bottom right corner of the page to launch it.
Once you launch the tool simply ask your question, just like you would ask a co-worker. For best results, keep questions to a single intent (don't address multiple items) and don't include customer specific information, as the system cannot answer loan level questions.
The system learns from you. So each time you get an answer, we encourage you to give it a thumbs up if it provided the answer you were looking for, or a thumbs down if it didn't address what you needed. Keep in mind some responses may provide a specific detailed answer to your question, while other responses may simply point you to the place where you can find the answer. You can also include comments in the feedback as to what type information you were expecting, or why you felt the answer wasn't right. If you include your email address you will often get a follow up response.
PRMG has a team behind the scenes monitoring questions that the chatbot wasn't able to find an answer for and responses that got a thumbs down. The team will provide the system with answers to those questions to help make it smarter and get you the right answer the next time.
Examples of questions you could ask the tool include:
- What are my options if my internet or power goes out while working from home?
- When does my borrower have to complete the COVID-19 Borrower Certification?
- Can I just order a drive by appraisal for my loan?
- If a borrower was furloughed can the loan fund?
- Why are there so many changes in relation to COVID-19?

This tool is intended for internal use only, and can be accessed various ways.
