Subject: Outlook Public Folders
Attention PRMG Associates,
Public Folders have been moved to Office 365.
If Public Folders are not present with Outlook please close and reopen. If they are still not showing please reboot your Computer.
You may need to select the three dots and select Folder View as well:
We are also aware of missing items within Public Folders that we are currently addressing.
If your favorites are missing please use the steps listed below.
All you will need to do is expand out "All Public Folders"
Once this is expanded out you will need to right click the folder you would like to add to your favorite and select "Add to Favorites"
You will be prompted to verify the naming of this folder:
Then that folder will be populated within your "Favorites" view
