There are times that a branch might need help with Processing coverage. You can email Processingoverflow@prmg.net to inquire about Retail Branch Processing overflow coverage on new loans through PALS Processing.
Click on the hyperlink at the bottom of thisi page below the PALS logo to download the excel spreadsheet for branches that have processing capacity and our list of PRMG approved contract processors.
This is not an endorsement of any processors on the list. These are branches and/or contract processors that have indicated they may have capacity for processing coverage (subject to change). There are 3 tabs across the bottom of the spreadsheet for Eastern Region, Western Region and Contract LPs. Contract LPs must be licensed in the state they are doing business. Branch LPs can process in all states PRMG does business.
General instructions and things to consider when your Processor will be unable to work:
- Make a plan with BM/RM in case of LP that will be out to see if there is coverage regionally. The Branch Processing coverage list that shows which branches have capacity (excel spreadsheet) is always posted on the PALS Homepage – see link all the way at the bottom below the PALS logo.
- You can also inquire with PALS Processing for NEW LOAN submission overflow coverage by emailing Processingoverflow@prmg.net. Kyra Spurgeon will advise if PALS Processing has capacity to take new loans. PALS does not typically take existing loans already submitted, however, sometimes exceptions can be made depending on current capacity and loan type…processing fee will be allocated to Corporate at closing and PALS will close out the loan regardless of the current stage of the loan.
If you need quick help with a Processing function that will take 20 minutes or less, then the BM can request help through the PALS Solution Team…again, this depends on current capacity of the team. The team cannot always accommodate a RUSH request to process as this is not their primary function. PALS Solution Team can be reached via the OKTA App.
Reminder…LPs only have ability to clear and submit CD/Closing requests for loans they are assigned to…reassignment of the loan may be required and handled ahead of time. PALS can help with reassignment.
