Your borrower just uploaded documents and they need to be retrieved from NEO. Click on the hyperlink above for instructions on how to retrieve docs in FT360 via NEO. Please note...if there is a document retrieval failure in FT360, LO may need to retrieve docs direct in their NEO online dashboard by logging into the online dashboard, locating the borrower file and saving the documents as separate pdfs. Some attachments are not supported and may cause retrieval failure in FT360, such as png files.
