Change of Circumstance LE Procedures - CLICK HERE

Once your loan has been initially disclosed, you may have changes to the loan that may require you to order a Change of Circumstance (COC). Those changes could be a rate lock, loan program change, sales price/loan amount changes, settlement fee changes, etc.  Follow the instructions in the hyperlink above to to take the mystery out of how to handle Change of Circumstance Procedures for the Loan Estimate (LE).  You will use these instructions ONLY if a CD has NOT gone out.
