TBD Workflow Retail

What is a TBD?  To Be Determined Property.  An UW can issue a Credit PreQualification on a purchase credit package when the borrower is still looking for a property.  Follow these TBD Workflow Retail steps to properly submit the credit package to Underwriting.  The TBD milestone path is a DIFFERENT milestone path.  You will know you are in the correct milestone path because you will have a Credit Prequal milestone available for the UW to complete.  Click on the hyperlink above to access the TBD Workflow Retail.
